CCR AGREEMENT

Our Shared Commitments

1. Collaboration & Communication

  • Attend bi-weekly CCR meetings or submit a report update.
  • Share key initiatives, challenges, and successes with the group.
  • Support and promote events from fellow computing clubs when possible.

2. Representation & Accountability

  • Maintain an active CCR representative who serves as your club’s liaison.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on club activities, hiring, and upcoming events.
  • Ensure alignment with COMPSA’s Code of Conduct and university guidelines.

3. Shared Resources & Opportunities

  • Use CCR channels to share volunteer or hiring opportunities across clubs.
  • Contribute to shared knowledge bases, mentorship programs, and joint initiatives.
  • Recognize that COMPSA provides funding support to enhance collaboration, not competition.

4. Inclusivity & Respect

  • Foster an environment that is welcoming, diverse, and respectful of all members.
  • Celebrate contributions from every club equally — each plays a vital role in our community.
